Comments NKRmodels - Skoda RSO
A really nice little kit! There are 26 injected resin
parts (with excellent detail), a photo etched fret (44 parts), a small
decal sheet and a piece of clear
acetate (for the windscreen and windows). The chassis is a one piece
moulding with separate axles/differentials and drive shafts. The Cab is
also a one piece
moulding with a fairly well detailed interior. There is no engine, but
the rear tray has optional frame work for a canvas awning (not supplied
but which could be made
from 'doped' tissue paper). The four large wheels have good tread
detail
Comments NKRmodels - Fries 16t. Field Crane
Definately for experienced modellers only! If you like working with photo etched brass this is for you...if you don't...forget it! There are three large photo etched frets along with a small bag of 17 resin parts. The etched parts are used to make all the 'frame' work (the over head 'beam' and the two supports), while the resin is for the two support bases (the wheels are moulded onto the 'legs' and so do not turn), the crane's hook and 'dolly'. The chain for the 'hook' is photo etched...which
means it will hang rather 'stiffly'! An interesting but complicated model.
Comments NKRModels - "Freya LZ" FuMG 410A Radar
12 resin parts and three photo etched frets...if you are looking for value for money, this is definately not the kit for you! However, if you want to add a German WW2 ground based radar station (used by both the air force and navy) to your collection........ The resin parts build up into the support tower while the etched parts provide the complex radar array and the three 'frame work' base support arms. Definately for the dedicated 'all things German' modellers, only!

M10 - Wolverine
Like Extratech's first injection moulded release, the Achilles, the M.10 is made by Eduard...so you know the quality is first class! There are 231 crisp, clean injection
moulded parts (some extremely small)...including 'link and length' tracks. Also in the kit is a small photo etched fret of details ... a decal sheet with markings for six
M.10s ... and a 16 page instruction booklet, which has four view drawings of each tank depicted on the decal sheet. All the running gear is moulded separately and
you get optional style upper hulls (although only one type is used). There are optional position hatches and interior detail in the driver's compartment and turret. The
gun and turret are moveable...as is the turret mounted machine gun. Upper hull accessories include an axe, shovel, mallet, hand rails etc.

M36 GMC Jackson
Yet another Eduard produced, injection moulded kit from Extratech...this one being a re-working of the 76.2mm GMC M-10, released earlier this year. The M-36
has a new sprue of turret and gun parts, a small sprue of seven resin parts, a larger photo etched fret with engine grills and a new set of decals with markings for two
tanks...U.S. 703rd tank destroyer batallion Germany 1944 and U.S. 2nd cavalry third army Germany 1945. As with the M-10, there are well over 100 crisp, clean
injection moulded parts...including link and length tracks, separate road wheels and suspension. There's also interior detail (driver's compartment and turret), optional
position hatches and separate upper hull accessories (axe, shovel, crow bar, mallet etc.).
